Your Opportunity
Like Santa’s little helpers, our team adds magic to the shopping experience by creating joyful, memorable moments — from warm greetings and navigation support to gifting solutions, car park assistance, Santa visits, and surprise-and-delight experiences.
Our services team includes customer service and gift wrapping – focused on delivering 5-star experiences during the festive season. It’s your time to shine by bringing Christmas cheer and making every customer moment feel truly magical.
Some of your festive duties as a customer service team member will include:
Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
- Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, offering convenient solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Welcoming guests at the customer service desk, engaging with them to understand their needs, providing directions, and offering helpful alternatives where needed
- Supporting the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments
So, what sets our team members apart?
You will:
- Always be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience
- Feel confident assisting customers in a busy retail setting
- Be available for shifts from November to January, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. We have two casual vacancies for Westfield Albany. The position runs from November 2025 to January 2026, with shifts based on scheduling needs.
