Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Finance Analysts to join our Operations Finance team. In these roles, you’ll partner with teams across the business to manage controllable income and expenses, support financial decision-making, and drive commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate management reporting, variance analysis, and insights across month-end, budget, and forecast cycles.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver financial support and analysis to the teams you work with, helping them understand key drivers and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Engage with cross-functional finance teams and operational business partners to align on commercial outcomes and support the end-to-end financial process.
About You
You’re a commercially focused finance professional with:
- A relevant undergraduate degree and CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong experience in a Financial business partnering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with JDE and TM1 is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
