Your opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Technology team and lead supplier and contract management across the tech portfolio. You’ll work closely with Technology leadership team to develop and implement sourcing strategies that support long-term technology goals covering forecast planning, contract negotiations, and ongoing supplier reviews. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Cyber to ensure their requirements are embedded throughout the sourcing process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead vendor contract negotiations and manage renewals across the tech portfolio
- Ensure commercial practices are aligned with business needs before sourcing begins
- Support new initiatives with market research and vendor due diligence
- Maintain vendor governance and act as the contracting SME for projects
- Monitor industry trends, pricing, and vendor performance
What sets you apart
- Proven experience in contract management and commercial roles, including engagement with Legal, Privacy, and Cyber stakeholders
- Experience partnering with Technology and IT teams is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of contracts, contract management processes, and legal terminology
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams
- Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Deep knowledge of market dynamics and business drivers in complex environments
