We are looking for an experienced and detail‑driven Retail & Administration Manager to join our team at Westfield Innaloo. This is a key role within the centre, responsible for driving financial performance while supporting the smooth running of our retail environment.
You will play an important part in the daily operations of the centre, combining financial leadership, retailer relationships and administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a long‑term career within the retail property sector.
What you’ll do
- Support the Centre Manager with retailer relations and centre administration
- Lead annual budgets and ensure financial performance meets targets
- Manage P&L reporting, monthly accruals, journals and prepayments
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and present insights to the Asset Team
- Complete bi‑monthly forecasting
- Oversee daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable and office operations
- Participate in the duty manager roster (with a day off in lieu)
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a similar environment—shopping centres, property, hospitality or retail experience is advantageous
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders
- Strong financial management capability
- Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills
