At Westfield Mt Gravatt, we’re looking for a Services Attendant to join our supportive and energetic team. This role supports both Car Park and Concierge operations, with a strong focus on car park operations and administrative coordination to ensure our centre runs smoothly for customers, retailers and the wider centre team.

You’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience – from assisting customers with parking enquiries to managing operational and administrative tasks that keep our centre running efficiently. No two days are the same, and you’ll work closely with the wider centre team to ensure every customer visit is smooth, safe and enjoyable.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and professional service across both Concierge and Car Park operations
  • Assisting customers with parking enquiries, directions and centre information
  • Monitoring and supporting car park operations, including traffic flow and equipment checks
  • Managing administrative tasks such as lost property, customer enquiries and service requests
  • Responding to phone, email and online enquiries in a timely and helpful manner
  • Supporting the sales and processing of Westfield Gift Cards and other services when required
  • Assisting with operational tasks such as safety checks and maintaining a clean, organised car park environment
  • Working collaboratively with the centre team to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience

This role is a casual position, requiring flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

  • Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear information and support
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
  • Comfortable managing administrative tasks and using multiple systems
  • A team player who works well in a diverse and supportive environment
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality or guest services
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence (Provisional or Full licence accepted)
