We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Customer, Community & Destinations team in a permanent capacity. In this role, you will lead a team of Analysts and oversee all aspects of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the Customer, Community & Destinations functions within a portfolio of assets.
You will play a key role partnering with Regional Centre Managers and Asset Teams to drive financial performance and deliver results for our external co‑owners.
Day-to-day you will:
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes across CCD-controlled income and expense lines.
- Partner with Regional Centre Managers and Asset Teams to provide insights, challenge assumptions and support strategic decision making.
- Present NOI results and ensure stakeholders clearly understand key drivers and deliverables.
- Review and enhance existing reporting, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage team workflow, development and performance to achieve high-quality outcomes.
