As Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in enabling leadership effectiveness, bringing clarity, organisation and foresight to a dynamic and fast-moving environment. This is not a traditional support role; it is about partnering closely with the Director to drive outcomes and ensure seamless execution across priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise the Director’s diary and schedule to ensure focus on what matters most
- Prepare and coordinate Board materials and senior-level communications
- Lead the planning and delivery of travel, meetings and large-scale events
- Support governance activities and key business deliverables with precision
- Act as a key point of connection across senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and follow-through

You are a confident and highly capable executive support professional who operates with maturity, discretion and strong commercial awareness. You build credibility quickly, anticipate needs, and take ownership to deliver outcomes in a proactive and solutions-oriented way.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced capability across Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint
- Experience managing travel and expense processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and partner effectively
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving capability
