The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, support and continuous improvement of Scentre Group’s Salesforce platform.
The role ensures the platform operates effectively, meets business needs and evolves over time through enhancements, automation and improved data practices. It translates business requirements into scalable solutions and supports users to maximise the value of the platform.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Configure and administer Salesforce, including workflows, automation, objects and reporting
- Manage multiple Salesforce environments and understand platform best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable and sustainable
- Maintain and improve data quality, governance and reporting within Salesforce
- Understand integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Apply knowledge of release management, testing and deployment processes
This role is a contract role for 12 months
What sets you apart
We are looking for a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Salesforce is required.
- A background in Computer Science or experience with SQL is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical business language.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Confidence in building strong stakeholder relationships and working effectively across teams.
