Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. JOB SUMMARY:

Perform sales related administrative and clerical duties in support of a team of sales managers and representatives. Assist with processing incoming ticket order requests. Assist with client site inspection preparation.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for responding to ticket inquiries and facilitating ticket ordering functions.
  • Assists with client site inspection and FAM preparation
  • Generates special event contracts for client signature
  • Assists with expense report preparation for sales managers and representatives.
  • Assists with booking and travel request preparation for sales managers.
  • Assists with ad hoc sales support assignments
  • Assists with tracking of Convention Center partnership credit, fulfills ticket requests and other partnership related tasks.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High school degree or GED is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ year sales experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of sales contracting, and basic sales, problem solving and negotiating skills preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign and Galaxy preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Works with internal departments and partners as well as external clients to increase Sales revenue. Knowledge of internal processes such as; tickets, travel and finance.
