JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator, Global Restaurant Development is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Restaurant Development team including day-to-day tactical support, development and continual updates of presentation materials, being a key cross-functional partner, and generating creative ideas within the team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports development and ongoing updates of strategic presentations, tools, and trackers. Responsible for compiling information from internal and external teams to align with project progress and deliverables.
- Supports the Restaurant Development team with operational excellence through coordination and administrative duties such as scheduling, electronic file management, and team logistics.
- Coordinates and manages agendas for key cross-functional and external meetings. Serves as primary point of contact for all project related activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, guest preferences, and opportunities for differentiation. Reports out on actionable data to internal and external team members.
- Actively participates in best-in-class culture through exceptional teamwork, active engagement in team meetings and projects, and having a positive attitude. Aligns to DE&I focus across corporate culture and business.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Keynote and/or PowerPoint proficiency is required.
- Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience is preferred.
- Experience in interpreting design and/or construction blueprints is preferred.
EDUCATION
Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Project Management is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
1+ year relevant Coordinator experience required; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
