JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Universal Orlando OD team to ensure coordination of projects and tasks via administrative support, data entry/maintenance, and session planning/follow-up. Supports major survey and process administration (e.g., TSAT, 360 Feedback Survey, etc.), along with other HR/OD processes requiring presentations of data/information and/or manipulating data within online systems/programs (e.g., succession planning, performance management, team effectiveness sessions, focus groups, etc.)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain training materials, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office products in support of OD processes/programs (e.g., performance management, Talent Review/succession planning, 360 feedback survey, TSAT, etc.).
- Provide administrative support for OD programs such as mentoring, team effectiveness sessions, focus group feedback sessions and interviews, onboarding, process training/education sessions, TSAT Advocacy Group activities, etc.
- Answer questions for clients across UPR that involve utilizing online systems for producing reports, completing evaluations/objectives, and referencing data. Supports OD Team Members in providing responses to clients on major process questions.
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc surveys by using established templates to create/open surveys, close surveys and download raw data and applicable reports, and summarize basic qualitative feedback.
- Provide administrative support associated with paper and online survey administration and reporting (e.g., TSAT, 360 Feedback Survey), including setting up and proctoring locations, distributing communication, typing handwritten comments/notes, and verifying data files and reports.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SCOPE:
- Coordination and administrative support for Universal Orlando OD team.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Psychology, Human Resources, General Business, Marketing or Communications.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years’ experience required in a professional position (either Non-Exempt or Exempt level).
