JOB SUMMARY:

The Web & Ecommerce Marketing intern will gain an introduction to the strategic use of website and mobile app channels to market to consumers at all stages of their journey with Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. The intern will support the Campaign Activation wing of the Ecommerce team and see how marketing campaigns are brought to life using the website and mobile app channels.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participates in the campaign lifecycle of website and mobile app channels.
• Collaborates with scrum team to help ensure tactics are understood, developed, and executed correctly.
• Reviews webpage blueprints before they launch within Project Management software (WorkFront).
• Collects and analyzes data to support strategic decision-making.
• Audits website channel to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Documents team processes and best practices through SOPs.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 
• A transcript is required upon application.
• Preferred majors include: Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
• Preferred coursework include: Website Development, Project Management, or similar.

• This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
• Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025.
• Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
• All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
