JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development and supervision of the Admissions staff. Oversees the daily operation of Ticket Sales, Turnstiles, and Wearables areas at the Water Park, while always ensuring the highest level of Guest Service.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the daily operation of assigned area(s) to ensure proper managing of daily labor budgets for assigned areas, crowd control, cash handling, ticket sales, wearable inventory and Guest Service standards are being met. Performs duty coverage of Admissions Operations while responding to Guest and operational issues. Builds internal relationships within UOR to ensure Team Members are exceeding expectations.
- Responsible for the day to day operation, training and development for the Water Park’s Turnstiles. Reports ticketing and technological issues in a timely manner ensure a seamless Guest entry experience.
- Responsible for the Pass Sales day to day Water Park Entrance Operation, to maintain the Universal Orlando “Sales Through Service” process. To ensure thorough Top-Down selling techniques are applied to support incremental revenue, products, and excellent Guest Service with each transaction. Coach, train, and provide feedback based on sales observations, and hold Team Members accountable for improving sales interactions.
- Responsible for the day to day operation, training and development of the Wearables area. Monitors the inventory of wearables, keepers and bands. Ensures the Guests are receiving a seamless Early Park Admission and Exit experience. Reports any technological issues in a timely manner.
- Performs administrative duties such as maintenance of attendance records, scheduling, general counseling’s, performance appraisals for hourly Team Members, etc. Drives GSAT & TSAT initiatives to increase Guest and team member satisfaction.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Technical school is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years supervisory experience and cash handling experience required.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
