TURNSTILE ATTENDANT:

Processing guests in and out of the park through entrance and exit turnstiles. Turnstile Attendants consistently provide information, directions and/or assistance to our guests as required while projecting the most cheerful and helpful attitude toward each and every guest each and every day. Individuals are also responsible for providing service and support to both guests and internal partners, maintaining the service area, and keeping inventory of rental products. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collects park passes from guests ensuring passes are the proper ticket type for admittance and for correct date.
    Provides information, assistance and direction to guests.
  • Assures guests have proper criteria for re-admittance to park after exiting temporarily.
  • Provides assistance, support and active service to guest and internal guests, including transportation of rental products to various locations on property.
  • Maintains cleanliness of sales floor and sanitation of rental products, including the use of cleaning agents. Inspects and maintain inventory of all rental products, identifies and reports maintenance issues.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SCOPE:

  • Processes Guests in and out of park through entrance and exit turnstiles.
  • Maintains the integrity of the front gate by verifying ownership of tickets.
  • Provides information/direction and/or assistance to Guests when required.
  • Must be comfortable with working outdoors for entire shift.

EDUCATION:

High school degree or GED is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 

Six months to one year guest service and/or front counter experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
