Universal Horror Unleashed is a terrifyingly unique experience that will bring haunts to Las Vegas year-round. Located at Area 15 is the heart of horror – we would love to have you haunting alongside us! With the nature of this experience comes a unique working environment. You will find yourself working in dark environments around special effects including strobe lights, fog, artificial smells, and more. The working hours will be unique, typically spanning over late evenings/nights and weekends (holidays included). JOB SUMMARY:

  • Coordinates and processes all efforts related to ticketing sales, reservation sales/initiatives, group sales, and paid special events. Communicates with internal and external clients on group sale initiatives/bookings and paid special events based.  Coordinates and conducts various sales functions including client site inspections, FAM preparation, and contracting Scope of Proposal via Salesforce, Delphi and/or DocuSign.
  • Coordinates sales collateral, sales-marketing and related account promotion projects related to UHU. Monitors UHU, Area15 and overall UDX news, websites, and initiatives to stay current on programs, policies, and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinates and executes incentive and product knowledge trainings for clients including In Market sales channels. Effectively corresponds and communicates with contracted clients.
  • Responsible for the coordination of group sales ticketing reservations, travel requests, transportation efforts, expense reports, etc.
  • Identifies new and innovative ways to improve the lead generation process by receiving, qualifying, and actioning leads from multiple sources. Tracks progress of lead follow-up to understand full impacts.  
  • Generates weekly tracking reports to assist with account management and communicates trends and/or concerns. Assists with ad hoc sales assignments.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required.

  • Working knowledge of sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and self-starter mindset.

  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ year of guest service experience is required, 1+ years of sales experience is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
