JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the operational support of video surveillance systems and equipment specific to HHN event. During the event manage the day-to-day event operation including incident assigning, incident monitoring and escalation as needed. Responsible for the planning and implementation of surveillance projects for HHN.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the HHN surveillance project planning from start through completion to include cost estimating/tracking, production of documentation and deliverables, coordination and implementation of applications or solutions. Create weekly project status reports to ensure projects are on track.
  • During the event oversees and monitors the day-to-day operations to include incident assigning, incident monitoring and escalation / update incidents to ensure maximum uptime for critical surveillance systems.
  • Manages both internal and external partners to ensure all repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner. Produces regular statistical reports on outages and system downtimes. Assign task as need to ensure all system issues are corrected.
    Supervise, evaluate, provide coaching and training, create development plans for team members.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s degree in Project Management, Information System Technology or Computer Science is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of experience project tracking is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the physical security industry is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and developing employees, is preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
