JOB SUMMARY:

Perform project review and analysis functions with a focus on Fixed Assets categorization, the application of depreciable useful lives and Tangible Personal Property Tax related to Epic Universe.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze a variety of project data, including legal and construction documents, contracts, and invoices, to create new Fixed Assets and assign proper Comcast asset categories, depreciable useful lives, physical locations, and Tangible Personal Property tax classifications for Epic Universe project costs.
• Prepare project workbooks to record the breakdown and segregation of all analyzed costs.
• Reconcile project costs between multiple project cost tracking systems.
• Communicate with various key individuals across Finance, Creative and the various Project teams.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Infrequent local travel. Long distance travel not required.
