JOB SUMMARY:
Directs the global financial function for UDX Digital & Technology departments in the overall strategic plan at Orlando, Hollywood, and Osaka. Maintains long-term outlook including P&L, Annual Operating Plan, Capital Portfolio and Forecast modules for use with operational management. Drive business results by evaluating developments and trends, testing assumptions for reasonableness, proposing alternatives, providing accounting guidance and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Key interface with executive management for consultation and interpretation of financial information. Develops and trains finance managers in obtaining optimal financial results in the balance of partner service and employee satisfaction. Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring. Provides direction to staff in career development and performance management.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting and controls. Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintains long-term planning model and develops annual operating plans.
- Develops financial analysis models and provides recommendations designed to protect assets, meet reporting requirements, and effectively plan for financial needs of the organization.
- Ensure service agreements are met, and operators (partners) are provided with the desired service.
- Maintains internal controls as defined by Company policies and procedures, advises management of issues which may be in violation and propose corrective action.
- Develop ROIs and cash flow forecasts for new business programs as needed.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in: Finance or Accounting preferred.
- MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of supervisory / management experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
