JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Assistant – Credit Cards-Chargebacks – primarily focuses on chargebacks to include all card present and card not present. Also responsible for processing a variety of refund request types, training new Chargeback Team Members, and completing Chargeback SOP review and updates. Additional duties may include communications with eComm and Loss Prevention and partnering with the Cost Analyst A on the Chargebacks team for projects as needed.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring all USH Internet and B2B, USH PayPal, UPRV, and all UO Internet Chargebacks for CP & CNP are processed within regulated time frames and with the best accuracy to keep dispute losses at a minimum. Working with the reconciliation Team to ensure refunds are completed, when possible, to avoid chargebacks.
• Timely completion of Auth.Net Refunds, and UPRV post-travel refunds initiated by the Guest Services Teams and potentially check refunds for Guest Services and Lost and Found cash reimbursement checks.
• Assist with training new Chargebacks Team Members, reviewing and updating chargebacks SOP. Special projects as assigned by Chargeback Cost Analyst.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Associate degree (AA) is preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of Finance experience and/or Payments, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Chargebacks experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of UO POS systems is a plus.
