JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the financial analysis and make recommendations for various divisions and business units. Work with Core Finance and project teams to develop and maintain detailed financial reports and general financial support.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Cost Control Manager and division Operating management in the development of annual budgets and latest estimates.
- Assist in managing the Labor Resource Planning system with timecard and project audits.
- Manage inventory accounts and vendor analysis accounts. Audit accounts for issues and make recommendations for resolution.
- Complete month-end close duties, including report review and journal entries in SAP.
- Provide support to Props division by assisting in estimating processes, reconciling accounts and providing analysis of the business.
- Review, audit and approve invoices/payment applications related to projects and patents. Research vendor payment issues and work with the Accounts Payable team to resolve.
- Perform contract maintenance.
- Assist with applicable ad-hoc projects and requests.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
