JOB SUMMARY:

Oversees all Attractions hardware and software utilized in the daily operation. Responsible for Attractions Administrative responsibilities, including leadership and direction of direct Coordinator reports. Uses analytical skills to measure and monitor the effectiveness of implemented programs and software, as well as, monitor the health of hardware assets. Assists with the testing, implementation, and rollout of any new technology at all Attractions locations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the sustainment and tracking of existing hardware/software in use. Identifies gaps in asset needs and responds to technology deficiencies within the daily operation for the satisfaction of the Team Member and guest experience.
  • Collaborates with Parks Technology to evaluate new technologies for Attractions Operations through testing all the way through implementation. Manages via analyzing data and obtaining/organizing feedback from business partners. Follows up on issues to ensure proper completion and satisfaction of requirements. Provides status updates to senior leaders for review.
  • Reports technology issues to the Parks Technology department by creating trouble tickets and following up with appropriate individuals. analyzes reports and ticket distribution to identify trends and control ticket inventory. Partners with Parks Technology for the creation of new reports or the modification of existing ones.
  • Responsible for the leadership of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring.  Drives GSAT & TSAT initiatives to increase guest & team member satisfaction. Ensures all team member schedules, performance appraisals and documentation are completed in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1+ years of technical computer or hardware leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Presentation / Facilitation Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and large group settings  to clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Computer Skills: Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smart Sheet.
