JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, update and follow through of the Universal Orlando operational training program content and materials, including, but not limited to eLearning, video, PowerPoint, and support documents.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the creation of development training and support materials. Ensures materials and presentations are current and relevant.
- Maintain understanding of existing and emerging media creation (Adobe Creative & Articulate Suite) & delivery technology to create and manage the creation & delivery processes for training content across all media types (audio, photo, video, print, mixed reality, etc.)
- Works with internal SME to understand the client’s needs. Develops requested training concept into an outline for the proposed programing.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Associate degree (AA) is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 1+ year design work required. Training and development experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
