JOB SUMMARY:
Lead compensation programs and projects that span UDX globally. Serve as Total Rewards partner for dedicated business areas.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, develop, assess effectiveness and implement programs, grade structures and competitive benchmarking that span the compensation infrastructure across UDX globally. Thoughtfully integrate the compensation needs across all our various businesses, workforce and geographic markets globally. Create compensation models, templates and tools for new ventures or globally reaching initiatives.
- Serve as a Total Rewards subject matter expert and partner for dedicated business areas. Oversee and conduct market pricings, pay recommendations, job evaluations and grade reviews. Support dedicated business areas with Total Rewards ad hoc projects and year-end compensation planning (merit, short-term incentives, and/or long-term incentives).
- Manage global spanning compensation programs and practices including short-term incentives, long-term incentives and executive compensation. Review the strategy, competitiveness and effectiveness of current programs. Develop resource materials and continuously review process enhancements.
- Work in strong partnership with other business dedicated Total Rewards teams to conduct deep analytics, thought partnership or support peak operating needs of specific business dedicated or regional compensation projects.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years compensation management experience preferred.
