JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Strategy Intern will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experiences of Universal Orlando Resort & Universal Studios Hollywood Guests. This position involves analyzing insights and proposing solutions to design, prioritize, and implement impactful customer experiences throughout the consumer journey. The intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of how various cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, CRM, and UX/UI, collaborate to optimize and transform lead generation, data capture, website and mobile app functionality, and digital communications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes data-driven insights and recommend solutions to optimize consumer journeys, creating user stories for both the website and mobile app.
• Actively contributes to cross-functional team meetings, aiding in the development of programs for New Prospects, Trip Conversion, and Booked Guests.
• Assists in design-thinking based ideation sessions to re-imagine the future of our Guest experiences.
• Develops presentations, capture feedback from introspective sessions, and help lead weekly work sessions.
• Researches and stays updated on best practices and trends in Digital Customer Experience across various industries.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 
• A transcript is required upon application.

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Preferred majors include: Marketing, Business, Communication, Experience Design, or similar.

• This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
• Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
• Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
• All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
