JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Media Ad Operations (AdOps) Intern will have the opportunity to work with Media industry professionals as well as obtain skills, best practices, and learn paid media optimization standards within the Digital Media AdOps team. The objective of this position is to allow the Intern to experience all Digital Media AdOps processes with the goal of gaining valuable Digital Media skills, while collaborating with fellow GMAT Team Members and stakeholders. The Digital Media AdOps intern's contributions can lead to more efficient operations and allow full-time employees to focus on driving strategic business goals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partakes in team meetings and working sessions.
- Receives and dissects business requirements as it relates to ongoing or requested projects.
- Assists with Digital Media asset trafficking.
- Supports business partner and stakeholder communications.
- Participates in Floodlight audits.
- Contributes to AI business case uses for Digital Media AdOps team as it relates to productivity, organization, reporting, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Supports the buildout of AdOps SharePoint site and resources.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Journalism, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Preferred skills with graphic design and basic coding.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Claravine, or similar.

- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
