JOB SUMMARY: As the Digital Data Enablement Analysis Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals and learning best practices within the Digital Data Enablement Team. You will participate in team sessions to develop skills in gathering and analyzing business requirements, understanding technical specifications, writing acceptance criteria, communicating with business partners, collaborating on developer and QA implementation, and pulling data reports. This internship provides a comprehensive opportunity to explore all aspects of Digital Data Enablement and contribute to impactful projects.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers clear specifications and acceptance criteria for developers while ensuring alignment with best practices and strategies.
- Conducts QA & testing for Web and App Tracking through the creation of test cases based on technical requirements, validating tagging implementations, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance methodologies.
- Analyzes implementation health, ensure legacy compatibility, crosscheck data, and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Creates well-structured technical documentation for ease of understanding and future reference.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar.
- Experience in Analytics; ecommerce experience a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing preferred.
- Experience working with console and analytics debugging tools preferred.

- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
