JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, update and follow through and sustainment of the Universal Epic Universe (Epic) Operational training program and Learning Management System (LMS). Creates supplemental training materials and conducts training for Epic Team Members.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of assigned Operational training programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan objectives and brand essence. Includes all assigned administration, facilitation, associated documentation and required communication for classroom and field training. Ensuring materials and presentations are current and relevant.
- Provides continual support of Guest Service and Theming through in-park coaching and providing feedback based upon observations. Continuously evaluates service to ensure quality and consistency to the Guest and Team Member experience.
- Responsible for the creation and updates of the new digital OJT formats for SuccessFactors Learning. To include OJT checklists, assessments and sign off items. Ensures accuracy and data integrity being submitted to the system as well as reported out.
- Develops, maintains, and updates information within the Learning Management System, including but not limited to: items, libraries, curricula, and assignment profiles; serves as first tier LMS support for operational and interdepartmental partners; work with partners to administer certifications and update LMS data as needed.
- Support the creation and updates to LMS training documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and Guided Training Resources.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ Years training and/or LMS experience required.
- Experience in the service industry or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Coordinates and facilitates training classes for Team Members for respective client group(s). Maintains LMS system data. Assists in development, implementation, and sustainment of the Universal Orlando operational training program and LMS integration training program.
