JOB SUMMARY: The role of this intern is to assist the Producers and Coordinator in maintaining the flow of documents, media files, drawings and other documents to the vendors and to other stakeholders. The intern will learn about how communications in a large project requires constant documentation update, and how those updates affect the design of themed experiences. Duties include filing, note-taking, participating in physical production, and other production-related matters as required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documents technical language such as control systems.
- Communicates effectively with fellow Team Members and stakeholders.
- Updates shared information consistently.
- Assists with physical production in ongoing programs such as weekly inspiration meetings, Behind the Scenes shooting & editing, newsletters, mockups, and other projects as they arise.
- Writes scripts for various internal projects.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Film, Film or Television Production, or similar.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premier preferred.
- Writing experience preferred.

- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
