JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Executive Project Management manages all of the business aspects of the office of the Sr. Director, EP including creation of the quarterly/annual calendar, daily management of cross-department strategic initiatives and project process improvements. Works with the CCO as the business partner on all ongoing operations, administration activities, and specific project initiatives. Attends Senior Leadership Team meetings, publish agendas, records and distributes meeting notes. Responsible for the administration and reporting of project requirements, budgets, and strategies. Works as a strategic partner facilitating collaboration across the Creative Studio and with other non-Creative departments and partners.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages Director’s resources and workload. Collaborates closely with partners to align organizational strategies, goals, and priorities. Provides insight, analysis, and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives. 
  • Serve as liaison with staff, executives, and senior leaders. Establishes clear lines of communication with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, team members, and other relevant parties, providing regular updates.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to achieve Director’s goals and supports the Creative mission and vision.  Serves as strategic thought partner and advisor. Champion for driving business priorities from conception to completion.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
  • Initiates and manages various action items or processes in the project management system and capital requests, monitors and reports on budgets, project status, and reviews. Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Understands the business - real estate development or theme park, hotel or entertainment management experience.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field.

EXPERIENCE

7+ years Finance or Business experience with 3+ years management experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
