JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the financial analysis in support of Universal Creative construction project and the associated project team (examples include Project Director, Technical Director, Construction Manager, etc.).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support monthly project cost reporting and work with project team to validate project cost expectations. Able to populate models with the appropriate information based on SOP or direction.
- Create earned value accrual templates and prepare standard journal entries. Ensure general ledger codes are appropriate for Project Settlements.
- Ensure that monthly vendor billing forecasts are current for all contracts and are properly quality checked to align remaining work and in an appropriate Excel format.
- Review, audit, and approve contract drafts, contract change directives, and invoices/payment applications related to project based off of SOP or direction.
- Validate invoices have been received for all active vendors. Work with AP department to resolve billing issues.
- Support the Finance team as needed with requested research and analysis based on direction from Supervisor.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
Associate’s degree (AA) is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics.
EXPERIENCE
1+ years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
