JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Director, Brand Studio Producer leads the creative and production team charged with designing and production the vision, voice and creative direction of Universal Creative's executive pitching, presentation, and event strategies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads operational strategy, workflows and production of Universal Creative executive pitching, presentations, and events.
  • Co-leads vision, voice and creative design for all pitching, presentation design and event design with our creative head of the LA Brand Studio.
  • Produces and leads on site production ensuring executional excellence and brand pride. Builds and leads Universal Creative’s asset management function.
  • Provides senior operational and production leadership with key senior executives driving confidence and executional excellence.
  • Leads best in class culture, which promotes innovation, collaboration and problem-solving. Inspires and motivates teams by leading with optimism and a solution-oriented approach, drives for results. Aligns to DE&I focus across corporate culture and business.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

Supervises an Exempt and Non-Exempt team. Supervisory responsibilities vary based on assignment.

  • Must have experience managing a public and recognized brand.
  • Must have an established history of high-level corporate presentations.
  • Must be a clear communicator able to collaborate with executive leadership.
  • Strong familiarity with research and data analytics required

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Management disciplines including Theater, Design, Industrial Engineering, Production, Project Management is required Master’s degree strongly preferred - MS, MA, MBA.

EXPERIENCE: 

9+ years in communications, writing and editing publications preferred. Social media, graphic design, photography, and video development a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
