JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performance, development and oversight of the Workforce Management and Scheduling Team within Attraction Operations. Includes the analysis and forecasting of staffing needs, and efficiency of labor hour utilization. Creation, management, and distribution of critical labor utilization and regular reporting and analysis as required by senior leadership. Includes direct supervision, performance and development of the Scheduling team and management of key operational systems utilized in the Workforce Management area including: ICX, UKG Pro, SharePoint and Smartsheet.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for planning and forecasting staffing requirements for Attractions Operations, with the goal of meeting established Line Schedules, Planned Events, and business seasons. Analyze attrition, call-ins, and seasonal trends to build optimum work schedules for approximately 3000 Attraction Operations Team Members. Manages the auditing of all venue labor across Attractions Operations and summarizes planned and actual labor costs to division leadership. Manages the Attractions Operations department as liaison with BAIE, Talent Acquisitions and Talent Development; assisting with forecasting, staffing, modeling, and developing strong relationships with venues and various support departments.
- Responsible for the managing the Scheduling team to ensure all duties are being performed and meeting the needs of the department while supporting a service-based culture among internal Partners. Ensures all Team Member schedules, performance appraisals and documentation are completed in a timely consistent manner.
- Oversee the production of the weekly schedules within Attraction Operations through direct management of the Scheduling team. Oversee the development and communication of the Team Member’s schedules on a weekly basis to frontline management. Creates short- and long-term staffing plans using line schedules, budget adjustments, Team Member availability, attendance projections, and event demands. Notifies all department management team of staffing changes and potential staffing shortfalls to plan accordingly.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from College or technical school preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years’ supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Presentation / Facilitation Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and large group situations to clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Computer Skills: Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
