JOB SUMMARY:

Our Digital Project Manager Internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Project Management in the Digital & Technology space at Universal Destinations & Experiences. You will work on marketing campaigns supporting Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood across digital channels like web, email and internal communication platforms. We are seeking interns who are proactive, detail-oriented and interested in project management in the digital and technology space.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end project coordination for digital channels including web, email, and internal communications.
• Create and maintain project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure successful project completion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 
• A transcript is required upon application.

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Preferred majors include: Project Management, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Event Hospitality or similar.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-directed and proactive problem solver.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with project management software (Workfront) a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of web and mobile app development a plus.
• Junior, Senior or Graduate Student pursuing studies in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Event Hospitality or equivalent.

• This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
• Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2026.
• Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
• All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
