JOB SUMMARY:
The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies across UDX by effectively sourcing and hiring high impact talent to meet organizational staffing needs. Leads the recruitment team to ensure an effective and efficient talent acquisition process.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for building effective recruitment strategies and executing a strong talent plan to acquire top talent throughout UDX for professional-level positions both internationally and domestically. Establishes guidelines and goals consistent with UDX's business strategy and growth plans.
- Provide guidance and direction related to all Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition Programs to support strategic business needs. Establishes strong proactive partnerships with both internal and external key business clients to support workforce planning.
- Participate in the assessment process with both internal and external candidates utilizing Talent Review, recruitment platforms and search firms where applicable to make strategic hiring and placement decisions.
- Lead, train and develop a high-performing CoE Talent Acquisition TA team to ensure there is an aligned and integrated vision across UDX. Establish standardized workflows, SLA’s and interview processes while holding TA team accountable for delivering a seamless candidate journey aligned with targeted hiring timelines.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business or a related field required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years employment experience in sourcing, selection, and hiring employees at the executive level required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Clear leadership skills, ability to delegate and provide good management and support to those on team.
- Proven leadership track record managing senior executive relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and clients.
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts across UDX.
- Experienced in behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methods.
- Aptitude in assessing intangible aspects of candidates accurately (candidate’s fit with the position and with the company culture).
- Able to in work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of management.
- Proficient with ATS system and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
