JOB SUMMARY:

Manages all activities and personnel of Accounts Receivable within the Finance department. Develops and recommends policies and procedures to govern the accounts receivable activities of the company. Participate in ongoing Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) projects as subject matter expert as well reviews, recommends and drives additional opportunities for future enhancements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and supervise the overall Accounts Receivable functions for domestic theme parks.
• Active participation in ongoing systems and process projects across UDX as well look for further opportunities to create efficiencies within AR department and cross functional teams
• Manage staff by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring and career development.
• Establish and manage strong business relationships with UO internal Sales team, external sales partners and other business partners.
• Evaluate and Implement cost efficient performance methods.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years Accounts Receivable and supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Automation, Artificial Intelligence systems experience preferred.
