JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for special projects, reporting and related administration to support Talent Acquisition (TA). Provide recruitment and selection support to the TA Team. Responsible for utilization of Advanced Analytics and the ATS to include data validation, troubleshooting, recommendation of new functionality, generating and maintaining TA reporting/analytics. Ensure systems and databases are utilized effectively, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding resolutions. Maintain data integrity, analyze and report on hiring metrics, diversity data, departmental spend, and complete other ad hoc projects as required in support of TA’s overall goals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the implementation and sustainment of the Advanced Analytics integration and the ATS. Utilizes data to build comprehensive and compelling presentation decks and typography layouts that provide detail regarding TA metrics. Serves as a subject matter expert for reporting TA metrics and data.
- Creates, implements, and maintains recruitment system workflows, employment application forms, and TA reports within the ATS. Recommends process improvements to better utilize the ATS and/or enhance existing business processes. Lead and allocate ATS projects amongst system Administrators to strategize ways for continuous improvement. Monitors and audits ATS access.
- Develops compelling creative, graphic design, presentation decks and typography layouts for recruitment campaigns and other TA visual communication projects. Participates in the decision making of communication initiatives by providing counsel and expertise. Collaborates in the creation of designs/layouts and recruitment collateral.
- Administer overall support to the Talent Acquisition Team, including but not limited to: Scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating and making candidate travel arrangements, including airline, hotel and rental car reservations as required, preparing offer letters, processing personnel action forms, managing the new hire paperwork process and ensuring timely processing/distribution of sign-on bonuses.
- Designs and develops new training materials related to all TA systems. Ensures training materials are updated, relevant and support current Standard Operating Procedures.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Associate degree required;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ year in an analytical Administrator Systems support role, preferably in Human Resources or similar role in a high-volume business environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
