Responsibilities:
- Oversee Portal operation to ensure a speedy check out process
- Distribute appropriate uniforms to employees in a timely manner
- Conduct quality control on all uniforms by conducting detailed inspections of uniforms
- Move/transport all wardrobe related items throughout wardrobe areas as needed
- Place clean and/or repaired uniforms in designated locations
- Make employee name-plates, nametags and other badges as assigned
- Perform tasks as required to send soiled uniforms to cleaners
- Check-in clean uniforms from cleaners
- Identify uniforms that need to be replaced or repaired
- Close out lockers as instructed
- Take full laundry carts and hanger rack to loading dock and replace with empty carts and racks, as required
- Audit all areas to verify proper uniform placement
- Operate computer system portals and perform data entry as required to perform tasks
- Maintain a clean wardrobe area, which includes the wardrobe portal, lobby, locker rooms, break room, etc
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Experience working in a customer service industry preferred but not required
Job Demands:
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
- The noise level is generally moderate to high
- Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule:
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay:
- $18 per hour (After 1,000 hours worked, pay increases to $20/hr)
