Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site execution of productions and events.
  • Coordinate staffing needs (e.g., security, characters, park services).
  • Serve as primary liaison between production teams and Universal Studios Hollywood.
  • Facilitate logistics including access, parking, cabling, crowd control, signage, and equipment placement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and presentation standards.
  • Maintain location integrity during and after production.
  • Support Marketing, PR, VIP, and internal LAPS initiatives.
  • Communicate emergency procedures and updates during events.
  • Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.
  • Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park are upheld.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
  • Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in film/television production or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work during Halloween Horror Nights, including exposure to loud sounds, flashing lights, and themed imagery.
  • Must be 18 years old or older

Job Demands:

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs; frequent lifting with assistance.
  • Work may occur outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay:

  • $25 per hour
