DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Oversee holiday décor installation overnights, including multiple vendors and work groups.
- Collaborate with internal and external workgroups to ensure seamless communication and execution, addressing any on-site challenges promptly.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall project needs.
- Cross-departmental and vendor communication
- Job site point-of-contact support
- Documentation management
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work overnights
- Comfortable working in low light conditions and in various weather conditions
- A background in theater, theme park entertainment, production, or relevant entertainment experience
- Ability to oversee multiple vendors and work groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attitude, work ethic and strong performance
- An ability to work independently on a team and in a fast past environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in theme park entertainment production as a career
- Experience with developing and implementing standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Ability to read, interpret and execute plots, diagrams and other designs accurately and safely in the field
- Understanding of overhead rigging standards and best practices
- Enrolled in or graduated from the DLT program preferred
Eligibility
- Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
- Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
- Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
- Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
- Availability – Must be fully available between October 20 – January 23. Shifts will include overnights and/or weekends work
