POSITION	DEPARTMENT	LOCATION
Custodian	Facilities Environmental Services	Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Assistant Directors. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings.
HVAC - Maintenance Worker IV	Facilities Maintenance	Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management but with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. This is highly responsible work performing skilled tasks in building HVAC, and related controls systems. This position’s primary expertise will be in HVAC maintenance and building controls maintenance, installations, and design and will act as lead on all Robert Morris University HVAC projects and control system projects. This position ensures that all HVAC systems are properly maintained and are in proper operating condition. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during University closings.
Executive Director of Leadership Giving	University Advancement	Moon Campus
Robert Morris University invites applications for the full-time position of Executive Director of Leadership Giving. This position is a part of the University Advancement team, which is responsible for developing, planning and implementing a comprehensive program of fundraising and constituent relations focused on engagement and financial support. As a key member of the University Advancement leadership team, the Executive Director will be responsible for implementing comprehensive advancement strategies that align with RMU’s strategic plan. The successful candidate will be a chief strategic partner to RMU’s Chief Advancement Officer. The Executive Director will lead major and planned gift initiatives from a variety of constituencies, including individuals, corporations and foundations, fostering a culture of philanthropy and connection among diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in higher education advancement, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and cultivate lasting relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners. This position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer.
Executive Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement	University Advancement	Moon Campus
Robert Morris University invites applications for the full-time position of Executive Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement. This position is a part of the University Advancement team, which is responsible for developing, planning and implementing a comprehensive program of fundraising and constituent relations focused on engagement and financial support. The Executive Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement is responsible for providing strategic direction for every aspect of the alumni and donor engagement program and will plan and direct the annual giving program, creating an integrated friend raising and fundraising effort. The Executive Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement creates, implements, and evaluates a strategic program to educate, cultivate, solicit and steward RMU alumni, friends, and students. The successful candidate interfaces daily with faculty, staff, and other divisions, including the Office of the President. This position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer.

Serves as athletic trainer for the intercollegiate varsity program within the guidelines, rules and regulations of Robert Morris University and the NCAA.
