Clinical Placement and Compliance Specialist School of Health Professions Moon Campus
The Clinical Placement and Compliance Specialist will report to the Department Head of Nursing with responsibilities in the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. In collaboration with the Department of Nursing (DON) Administration, the candidate will cultivate and sustain effective relationships with clinical affiliates in an effort to secure sufficient high-quality clinical sites and preceptors to support the outcomes of the nursing programs. This position will also ensure RMU DON complies with all mandatory regulations and requirements outlined in the clinical affiliation agreements. This is a 10-month flexible hybrid position.

Assistant Athletic Director, Corporate Sponsorships and Sales Athletics Administration Moon Campus
Responsible to conceptualize and execute on sales and sponsorship programs that maximize profit margins and revenue targets. Direct the development of a comprehensive external plan for revenue generation for corporate partnerships with emphasis on revenue production and image enhancement. This includes identifying potential corporate partners, developing proposals, and securing contracts for all sports within the department of athletics. Responsible for strategic development and enhancement of partner relationships; leveraging and advertising of the department; strategizing and analyzing techniques to advance corporate involvement and sales; and identifying key decisions and opportunities to promote and enhance the ability to reach long-term goals. Reports directly to the senior associate athletics director for development.
Custodian - Moon Campus Facilities Environmental Services Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Environmental Services. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings. Rate of Pay: $16.75/hour. All full-time employees, spouses, and dependent children are eligible for 100% paid tuition at RMU.
Senior Programmer/Analyst Enterprise Applications Moon Campus
The Senior Programmer/Analyst role is an integral part of the IT Applications team supporting new and existing software solutions across the University. This role consists primarily of creating new and supporting existing web based dashboards, reports, ad-hoc SQL-PL/SQL queries and related data analysis/analyst activities. Various other software support/related activities are also a part of this role. Two or more years of advanced SQL skills/experience is required. Experience working with a relational database(s) such as Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL*Server is required and experience utilizing vendor APIs and working with cloud/SaaS solutions is strongly desired. Experience developing web based dashboards, reports and data transfer/data synchronization solutions (file transfer or API use) is required. Experience with the Ellucian higher education product suite including Banner (required), Insights, DataConnect and Ethos is strongly desired. Evisions Argos and SQL*Server reporting services (SSRS) report development experience is also strongly desired. Assistant Director, Esports and Innovative Programs Campus Recreation Moon Campus

Reporting to the Chief Wellness Officer, and integral to the Wellness Team leadership, the Assistant Director for Esports & Innovative Programs will lead all aspects of the University’s large and growing esports program, including, but not limited to, planning practices, game/event preparation, in-game coaching, recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, team travel, academic monitoring, fundraising, streaming, video production, marketing, player/team supervision, and hiring, training, and management of part-time staff. In addition, the Assistant Director will be responsible for leading and/or supporting the design and delivery of various creative programs aimed at expanding participation and increasing collaboration among departments within the Wellness Team and throughout the University. Candidates must have applicable experience in leading others, managing organized programs, and strong familiarity with a wide range of competitive gaming titles including but not limited to League of Legends, Overwatch, Rainbow Six, Rocket League, and Valorant. This position works on-site in the University’s Esports suite, and requires a mix of structured and flexible work hours, including some nights and weekends as necessitated by program activities. Occasional travel may be necessary to support off-campus competitions.

Operations Associate, Ice Operations, ISC Island Sports Center

This is a part-time, non-benefit position limited to 950 hours per calendar year or generally no more than 29 hours per week.
Assistant Coach, Strength and Conditioning, Part-Time Athletics Strength and Conditioning Moon Campus
Responsible for assisting the management and administration of the intercollegiate Strength and Conditioning program within the guidelines, rules, and regulations of Robert Morris University, the Horizon League, and the NCAA. This is a part-time, non benefit eligible position which is limited to a maximum of 950 hours per calendar year. Although an exempt position, hours must be tracked in the Time Management system.
Literacy Tutor, Structured Literacy Education Moon Campus
The Structured Literacy Tutor will work directly with children in grades K-12 that are referred to the Center for reading and/or writing tutoring. The Tutor will conduct screenings on all incoming students to determine instructional needs, plan developmentally appropriate instruction based on data, conduct progress monitoring, communicate with parents, and administer all post assessments with clients. The Tutor is responsible for all parent communication and preparation of materials associated with tutoring sessions. The Tutor will keep accurate and timely time sheets and attendance records. Frequent meetings with the Coordinator of the Center will be essential to ensure all students are being serviced properly. This position is partially funded by non-university funds. Position continuation is contingent upon grant renewal or procurement of additional funding sources. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
HVAC - Maintenance Worker IV Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management but with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. This is highly responsible work performing skilled tasks in building HVAC, and related controls systems. This position’s primary expertise will be in HVAC maintenance and building controls maintenance, installations, and design and will act as lead on all Robert Morris University HVAC projects and control system projects. This position ensures that all HVAC systems are properly maintained and are in proper operating condition. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. Assistant Coach, Men's D3 Club Ice Hockey Campus Recreation Island Sports Center
The Assistant Coach, Men’s D3 Club Ice Hockey is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. The University is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Men’s D1 and D3 levels. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season. There are 3-5 travel weekends during the season which include Fridays. Preference is for the coach to attend all practices and games.
