Candidates must have demonstrated experience in coaching or playing at the high school or collegiate level, as well as a strong understanding of player development, team management, and athlete recruitment. Familiarity with the college athletic recruitment process, including player evaluation and outreach, is essential. This position requires availability for all scheduled practices and competitions, including nights and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to off-campus games. Strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to student-athlete welfare and academic success, and adherence to University and NCBBA regulations are critical.
