This individual plays a pivotal role in the strategic development, competitive success, and holistic growth of the student-athletes within the program. Operating in a high-stakes, fast-paced NCAA Division I environment, this position supports the Head Coach in all aspects of program management, including technical skill instruction (such as hitting, pitching, or defensive specialist work), tactical game-planning, and the identification and recruitment of elite-level prospects. The Director of Ticket Operations is a dual-purpose leadership role managing all ticketing mechanics, inventory control, and box office logistics for Robert Morris University’s five NCAA Division I ticketed sports (Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Men's Hockey, and Women's Hockey) alongside third-party entertainment hosted at the UPMC Events Center. This position serves as the technical architect behind the ticketing software, acting as the primary financial liaison for national concert promoters, the RMU Athletic Business Office, and the RMU Student-Athlete Compliance Office.
Operations Associate	Operations, ISC	Island Sports Center
This position is located at the RMU Island Sports Center (ISC). This duties of the position require manual labor and semi-skilled work in the care of the ISC. This position is considered essential and is required to report to work as scheduled during University closings.
