The Director oversees IT strategy, infrastructure planning, systems administration, cybersecurity, and business continuity for critical computing services. The position works closely with University of Delaware Information Technologies to ensure compliance with University policies, security standards, and responsible use requirements. The Director also partners with faculty, researchers, and staff to assess technology needs, implement effective solutions, and maintain a secure, reliable computing environment that supports DBI's mission and long-term research objectives. |
