Job Title: Club Men’s Hockey Coach

Estimated Pay: $40.00/hour

Schedule: Day. – Varies, nights and weekends

Location: Carpenter Sports Building

Role Description:

The Recreation Department is seeking a part time, Club Men’s Hockey Coach for the 2026-2027 Season.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Attend and assist with conducting and supervisor Club’s practices and competitions
  • Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the core values and mission statement of the UD Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation Services
  • Comply with all rules and regulations as set forth in the Club Sports Manual. In addition to the rules and regulations of UD Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation Services and other University policies, including but not limited to sexual harassment, non discrimination policies, the drug, alcohol, and hazing policies, the student Code of Conduct
  • Notify an administrator in the Club Sports Office when I become aware of any policy infraction by the clun
  • Provide adequate supervision of club sports athletes during practices and competitions to ensure compliance with UD policies and a safe practice environment
  • Adhere to Club Sports Travel Guidelines while traveling for Club Events
  • Maintain a professional coach/player relationship with all club athletes
  • If the club team is paying you a salary, you are subject to agree to other University terms such as the University’s Human Resources Code of Conduct..

Qualifications:  

  • Previous coaching experience
  • CPR and First Aid Certified
