Administrative Specialist, Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering	Newark, DE
The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team. The Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering is a world-class nationally and internationally ranked department. As one of the primary front-line representatives of UD’s Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department, this position greatly influences the perception that the world-wide chemical engineering community, the UD ChE alumni, and the University community have of UD’s Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department. In addition, the Administrative Specialist, also manages, plans, and coordinates all department events, will oversee the department’s recruiting program. Responsibilities include managing a fiscally sound recruiting budget, managing recruitment efforts at all external/internal recruitment events, participating in all graduate school fairs representing the department and corresponding with prospective students throughout the inquiry and admission process.

Cooperative Extension is an informal, educational, nationwide network that combines the expertise and resources of federal, state, and local governments to improve people’s lives. Human Development and Family Sciences in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Delaware invites applications for a Temporary Faculty position in Early Childhood Education (ECE) to begin Fall 2026. We seek an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced professional who will serve as a role model and mentor for undergraduate and graduate Early Childhood Education students. As a temporary 9-month faculty member, the successful candidate will primarily teach undergraduate AA and BS early childhood courses. This is a 9-month full-time appointment beginning September 1, 2026.

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the department’s academic programs, including graduate and undergraduate student support, course scheduling, teaching collections organization and oversight, training workshop coordination, overseeing the ENWE Graduate Student Organization, and academic records management.
