Schedule: Must be available to work Fall Involvement Fair in August 2025. During semester, must be available to work 6-15 hours per week (schedule can be flexible to align with class schedule availability).

Role Description:
The Student Centers are seeking responsible, motivated undergraduate students. The Involvement Specialists are a group of students who serve as student representatives of the Student Involvement Office. Involvement Specialists are dedicated to serving as a resource for students that are looking for opportunities to get involved as well as supporting all Registered Student Organizations on campus.
Responsibilities:
- Update and manage an Involvement Quiz to help assist students and provide them an online model of ways to get involved on campus.
- Schedule consultations with students to provide resources and help to connect them to organizations that meet their interests and/or expand their experiences.
- Assist with the Student Involvement office with Involvement Fairs in the Fall and Spring.
- Facilitate and lead monthly Involvement Blasts, that will serve as smaller involvement tabling opportunities that highlight specific organizations each month of the academic year.
- Create and assist in making and maintaining Campus Lab tutorials for new and established RSOs.
- Maintain a minimum of six (6) regular office hours to help direct students that come in with questions about organizations or involvement. Assist Student Involvement office with the coordination of YouDee Awards.
- Develop a monthly RSO newsletter with updates around policies and upcoming events.
- Design weekly RSO Spotlights for social media to highlight an organization that has recently completed either accomplishments or have events upcoming. Other duties as assigned and/or assistance with student centers projects as requested.

Position Requirements:

- Applicants must be able to hold the position for a full academic year (Fall-Spring).
- Applicants must be able to maintain a minimum of six (6) office hours per week
- Applicants must be a student who is passionate about enhancing student life on campus.
