About the department / center:
The Office of the University Registrar, as part of the Enrollment Management Team, manages information systems, maintains students’ academic records and provides educational support services for the University community.
Role Description:
The Registrar’s Office is seeking responsible, motivated, highly organized undergraduate students to assist with registration of new students during New Student Orientation. Excellent time management and schedule planning skills needed for the Registrar's Office New Student Orientation position.
Position will begin approx. June 9 and will end approx. July 29. The position is for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (25 hours/Monday through Friday). The specific hours may be flexible but will need to be within the Registrar's Office hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Work may be performed remotely. Applicants should have no planned vacations during the period of June 9-July 29. Thursday June 19th and Friday July 4th will not be working days.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data input and registration of new students via Webreg
- Communicate via Teams and Google Docs with Registrar and College staff.
- Special projects as assigned (may be data entry or research based)
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and consistency during tasks
- Data-entry experience preferred, but not required
Requirements:
