Role Description:
Those passionate about education and seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds are encouraged to apply for a part-time position at The College School (TCS). Located on the children's campus at UD, TCS serves students in grades 1-8 and is a part of the College of Education and Human Development.
Primary Responsibilities:
As the Before-School Program Instructor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising a small number of children (as few as 2 and as many as 5) who arrive before the 8 o’clock general arrival time in the art studio.

Developing an early-morning routine for your cohort, so that mornings are predictable, students feel safe, and days can begin joyfully.

Supervising arrival time on the playground with a TCS teacher and the director of TCS.

Report to the morning administrator on duty.
