About the department / center:
The Office of Sustainability at the University of Delaware works to advance environmental stewardship and sustainable practices across campus operations, academics, and community engagement.

Role Description:
The Office of Sustainability is seeking responsible, motivated undergraduate and graduate students to serve as Green Labs Ambassadors, supporting the My Green Labs program through outreach, engagement, and certification efforts across campus research labs.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Act as the face of My Green Labs at UD, engaging faculty, staff, and graduate students
• Promote the program through emails, flyers, tabling, presentations, and events
• Guide labs through certification and communicate program benefits
• Attend lab meetings, events, and open houses to increase participation
• Track outreach efforts and share success stories and progress
• Collaborate with Sustainability and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) staff

Qualifications:
• Current University of Delaware undergraduate or graduate student
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Interest in sustainability, marketing, science, or campus engagement
• Organized, creative, and self-motivated
• Lab experience preferred but not required (training provided)
